Can I use my Cabana Rewards Coupons?
The coupons currently can't be used for online orders, but you will still get points for online orders and can continue to use your rewards coupons for in store purchases. In order to accrue points, make sure to use the same name you used for your rewards sign up. If you aren't sure, you can put additional names for us to check in the notes section of the online cart.
Can you ship to my address outside of your delivery area?
Not at this time but we hope to add this in the future.
What if I live in your delivery area, but I'm not getting the option?
Our delivery software is setup based on zip codes, its possible you are close but have a zip code outside of the delivery area. Give us a call, we should be able to work it out.
Will you be expanding your delivery area?
At some point we will but at this time its unknown. The determining factor will be the number of orders we have each day and reaching a critical mass that makes delivery costs efficient.
What happens if I order something and it turns out to be out of stock?
We will let you know before we deliver and either find a substitute for you, or let you receive the rest of the delivery (and get a refund for the item), or let you cancel the entire delivery.
